My order from paperplane.shop showed up packed really nicely. The box was clean and not all beat up, and everything inside was wrapped neatly so nothing was rattling around or messy. It felt like they put some care into it, which I always appreciate. Bad packaging is such an avoidable issue, so it was nice to see this done right. Simple, clean, and I’d be happy to order again...

The shipping costs were shown clearly, so I didn’t run into any surprise fees at checkout. The whole process felt easy enough, which I always appreciate... no guessing or last-minute add-ons.

I ordered a few paper plane kits from Paper Planes, and the package showed up with one of the designs missing. Instead, they put in a different one, which was kind of disappointing because I had picked those specific ones for a reason.

The kits that did arrive were fine quality-wise, no big complaints there. But it was supposed to be a gift, and then I’m suddenly checking the order, realizing it’s not what I chose, and trying to figure out if I had time to fix it.

Customer service did get back to me, though it wasn’t super quick. So yeah, not a total disaster, but it definitely made the whole order more annoying than it needed to be. They really need to double-check what they’re packing.
